Technology & Architecture

The Truth: We build in pure HTML. Why? Because a CMS (like WordPress) requires databases, constant plugin updates, and bloated code that destroys page load speed. Our objective is maximum conversion, not giving you a dashboard to tinker with. Pure HTML guarantees millisecond load times, zero maintenance, and absolute security against hackers.

The Truth: You send it to us, and we update it at the code level. Giving clients a “drag-and-drop” editor is the fastest way to accidentally break a site's mobile layout or ruin its loading speed. By keeping the updates strictly in the code, we guarantee your engine remains perfectly tuned and lightning-fast forever.

The Truth: It is a mathematical certainty. Data shows that a 1-second delay in page load time drops conversion rates by up to 20%. Traditional sites lose customers before the page even finishes loading. Our pure HTML architecture ensures your offer is visible instantly, capturing leads that your competitors are losing to slow servers.

Process & Delivery

The Truth: We eliminate risk for both sides. We will build a free homepage mockup for you first. Once you review it, you have exactly 3 days (72 hours) to secure your spot by paying a 50% development fee. If the deposit is not received within this window, the mockup is discarded and the project is canceled. We only work with decisive action-takers.

The Truth: Depending on the pricing tier you select, you are allocated strictly 3, 5, or 7 rounds of revisions. This boundary exists to protect the 7-day delivery timeline. Unlimited revisions lead to bloated timelines and compromised logic. We make data-driven decisions, not endless aesthetic tweaks.

The Truth: The 7-day sprint requires your active participation. If you fail to provide the necessary assets (logos, basic copy context) when requested, the project pauses. We do not chase clients for materials. You must be as committed to launching this conversion engine as we are to building it.

Pricing & Deployment

The Truth: You maintain full ownership. You are responsible for purchasing your own domain name (if you want us to procure it, an administrative fee applies). For deployment we offer two options: 1) we deploy the live site to your hosting — a flat deployment fee applies; 2) we hand over the clean source code at no extra cost and you host it anywhere yourself.

The Truth: Zero. Traditional agencies force you into expensive “maintenance contracts” just to update their fragile plugins. Because your funnel is built on pure static code, it does not “break” or require software updates. You only pay the one-time development fee and your own basic domain / hosting costs.

The Truth: No. The initial free mockup ensures you know exactly what you are getting before you pay. The 50% deposit locks in our engineering time and initiates the hard-coding phase. Time and code cannot be un-spent, therefore the deposit is strictly non-refundable.

Lead Routing & Data

The Truth: Straight to your pocket. We route all incoming leads directly to your designated email address or WhatsApp number. No clunky third-party CRM logins required for basic lead reception. You get notified instantly, so you can close the deal while the prospect is still hot.

The Truth: Absolutely. A conversion engine needs a dashboard. We hardcode Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) directly into the site's architecture. You retain 100% ownership of your data and can track exactly which campaigns are driving your traffic.
