The Teardowns

The Teardowns: Engineering Beats Aesthetics.

We don't just build — we fix broken systems. Below are real-world examples of traditional, slow websites we intercepted and re-engineered into high-speed conversion funnels. Look at the data, not just the design.

The Dental Clinic Overhaul

Metric Original Our Engine
Load Time 6.8s 0.4s
PageSpeed Score 🟥 35 / 100 🟩 98 / 100
Architecture Bloated WordPress Pure HTML
Action Choices 12 menu links 1 "Book Appointment" CTA
The Problem

The original site was a maze. It forced users to read the founder's biography before showing them how to book a consultation. The database lag was killing mobile traffic, and the contact form was buried three clicks deep.

The Fix

We stripped away the navigation bar and removed heavy plugins. We rebuilt the critical path in pure HTML. Now, a prospect lands, reads the exact value proposition, and hits the lead form in under 2 seconds.

02

The Personal Injury Law Firm Reset

ArchitectureElementor + 24 pluginsPure HTML
Path to Consultation4 clicks deep1 click to form
The Problem

Lawyer bio pages, stock-photo carousels, and a "Practice Areas" mega-menu sat between the visitor and any way to actually request a consultation. Mobile users abandoned the form mid-load.

The Fix

We compressed the funnel to: case-type qualifier → one-question intake form → thank-you with direct phone link. Authority signals (bar associations, case results) moved to a single trust strip above the fold.

03

The HVAC Emergency Funnel

ArchitectureAvada theme + bloatPure HTML
Mobile Click-to-Call3 taps to find phone1 tap, top of viewport
The Problem

An HVAC emergency is time-sensitive. The original site buried the phone number in a 96px-tall logo header, opened a "Get Quote" wizard with 7 fields, and loaded a 4MB hero video before showing service areas.

The Fix

We made the phone number the primary CTA, fixed-bottom on mobile. A 2-field quote form (ZIP code + service type) replaced the wizard. Hero video became a single optimized SVG. Conversion on emergency keywords doubled within two weeks.
